The Federal Government owned Autonomous Corporation invites sealed Tenders from GST Registered or Non registered & possessing NTN firm/General order suppliers, preferably based at Faisalabad for supplying of various contest prizes (the detail & specification is available on tender specification field) for contest winner among field force on the below noted terms & conditions.
Terms And Conditions : The lowest bidder(s)/firm(s) /General order supplier (s) whatever the case may be in question will be bound to supply the relevant item to the Zonal administration of the Corporation of Faisalabad within week or so in one shipment, without charging any carriage fee in addition.
The bidder must be registered with income tax authorities & possess NTN ompulsory. However, the registration with Sales Tax directorate will be preferred but those firm(s)/supplier(s) which have no registration with sales tax may also furnish their tender in such a way that a sum equal to 15% of the bid tendered will be deducted as GST @ 15%. Moreover, 3.5% income tax will be deducted on the furnished quotation in addition to 15% (GST).
The revenue taken will be deposited with NBP & a certificate may be issued in this concern.
No change will be acceptable in given specification of items in question. Any such bid, indifferent with the required specification, will be rejected.
The sealed quotation(s) must be reached, by post/ by courier or by hand whatever the mean may be, to the Manager (P&GS), State Life Ins. Corporation of Pakistan, 6th floor. State Life building, 2-Liaquat Road. Faisalabad upto 1 LOO AM (Sharp) on 15-07-2008.
The bid(s) will be opened before the available representative^) of the concerned firm(s) at 11.30 AM. (Sharp).
