(1) The License / Permission to establish / provide various as detailed below at Kokan Ground, Union Council No. 1 Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town.
(2) The Auction will be held by the committee constituted on 12.07.2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Committee Room, Town Local Government Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town and will be valid for one year.
(3) The Official Bid / Reserved price of all items is fixed at Rs.1200000/-
(4) Before the start of bidding an amount equal to 10% of the reserved price refundable shall be deposited by every participant with the Presiding Officer of the auction.
(5) Town Local Government Gulshan-e-Iqbal reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid without assigning any reason.
(6) The highest bidder shall have to deposit 1/4th of his bid amount at the fall of hammer in shape of pay order in favour of Town local Government Gulshan-e-Iqbal, as Security deposit, failing which his bid qualifying amount / earnest money will be forfeited in favor of town local Government Gulshan-e-Iqbal and aforementioned items will be re-auctioned at his own risk and cost and he shall be liable to compensate to the extent of difference of his bid and highest bid received in re-auction.
(7) The detailed terms & conditions may be obtained from the Office of Town Officer (Municipal Regulation) during office hours.
