The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #17/ Rm. A117), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is soliciting for a small business contractor for Audio Visual Multimedia upgrades. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for installation/upgrade of a High Definition Multimedia Audio Visual System for use in VAMC Roseburg Station Bldg 16 Auditorium. System must be able to produce sound quality and visual quality outputs for audience in excess of 100 personnel in a 40' x 40' room. Additionally installation/upgrade of Multimedia Audio Visual System for use in VAMC Roseburg Station Bldg 16 Library/Conference room. System must be able to produce sound quality and visual quality outputs for audience in excess of 50 personnel in a 20' x 20' room. Any participant must provide the notifier product because this is high interest phased project. The solicitation was issued on July 2, 2008, with a proposal response on July 22, 2008. Delivery/Installation Plan, 3. Price. Technical is more important than past performance, and both, when combined, are more important than cost or price. Technical and Price proposals must be presented at the time of the proposal response date. The project duration is expected to take 45 days.
