The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) intends to seek quotes from firms interested in providing facilities rental for Naturalization Ceremonies.In order to be considered fully responsive to this Request for Quote an offerer will provide quotes for all the work. As a result of this Request for Quote a single award will be made for all work herein described to one contractor. Ceremony date are 8/7/2008 and 8/14/2008. The solicitation materials should be available for download by 07/02/08, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by mail or fax not later than 3:00 pm Eastern, 07/09/08. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FEDBIZOPPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
