This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W91F4681717002. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. (iv)This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 100 Employees and RESTRICTED TO ALASKA VENDORS ONLY. The applicable NAICS is 423520. (v) The items requested are as follows.

ITEM NUMBER 1, 2 inch Screened Gravel delivered by Belly Dump, QTY 5,800 tons
ITEM NUMBER 2, D-1 Gravel delivered by Belly Dump, QTY 5,800 tons
ITEM NUMBER 3, D-1 Gravel delivered by End Dump, QTY 2,900 tons.

The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
