NASA/KSC has a requirement for a High Frequency Response Analyzer and itsaccessories. Item: (P/N 3235-360) Venable Model 3235 Loop Stability Analysis SystemQuantity: 1Item: (P/N 778927-01) NI GPIB-USB-HS, includes software and cableQuantity: 1Item: (P/N 3201) Scope Probes, switchable x1- x10 attenuation, pairQuantity: 1 PRItem: (P/N 3235-750) RLC Automatic Measurement PackageQuantity: 1 PKGItem: (P/N 3225-900) Calibration CertificationQuantity: 1NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Venable Industries. The requisition wasrestricted due to the equipment superior input voltage range as well as the accompanyingapplication software, with features like spice modeling and MatLab integration. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to maria.m.figueroa@nasa.gov not later than 4:30 p.m. local time onJuly 16, 2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
