The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for: Integrity Desktop 100 User License quantity of (1), One year Upgrades and Updates (effective 07/30/08 - 07/29/09, One year Software Maintenance Support (effective 09/15/08 - 09/14/09), Training Course for DEA World Wide (final dates will be arranged with host office). The proposed delivery order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Compucat USA under the special documentation requirement described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.501 and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Compucat USA. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The government intends to award a sole source delivery order to Compucat USA as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), 13. This sole source is based on compatibility with existing equipment. All interested parties may submit a quote that will be evaluated.
