Cuantumul garantiei de participare este de: 11.000 EURO. Garantie de buna executie în valoare de 10% din valoarea contractului

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
1. Certificat constatator eliberat de Ministerul Justitiei - Oficiul Registrului Comertului sau echivalent din care sa rezulte nume complet, sediul, persoanele autorizate/administratori;
2. Adresa de la Curtea Districtuala / Instanta Competenta / Agentia Guvernamentala unde îsi are sediul compania / sucursala sau echivalent din care sa rezule ca operatorul economic nu este în insolventa / faliment / aranjament cu creditorii;
3. Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala al unitatii administrativ teritoriale de pe raza careia societatea îsi are sediul social privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul de stat sau echivalent. Certificatul trebuie sa fie valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
4. Certificat privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
5. Certificat pentru plata CAS (pentru statele în care autoritatile fiscale nu colecteaza si CAS) valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
6. Cazier judiciar pentru administratorul/administratorii asa cum sunt mentionati in Certificatul Constatator care semneaza "declaratia privind eligibilitatea" - Formular 6. În cazul în care declaratiile mentionate sunt semnate de o persoana împuternicita se va prezenta cazierul judiciar pentru aceasta persoana precum si cel al administratorului/administratorilor care a împuternicit aceasta persoana.
7. Cazier judiciar al companiei (pentru statele unde e aplicabil).

Media Cifrei de afaceri a ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) pe ultimii trei ani (2005,2006,2007) sa fie mai mare de 550.000 de euro

1. Lista principale livrari in ultimii 3 ani.
2. Certificat - ISO 9001 sau echivalent.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
1. Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) a finalizat in ultimii 3 ani (calculati de la data limita a depunerii ofertelor) cel putin 1 contract în domeniul furnizarii de echipament IT; participarea ofertantului la fiecare contract a fost de minimum 180.000 Euro. 2. Operatorul economic sau unul dintre membrii grupului de operatori economici sa dovedeasca faptul ca este certificat în conformitate cu Standardul de Management al Calitatii ISO 9001 sau echivalent, de catre un organism specializat în domeniu. Documentul va fi prezentat în copie legalizata.
