În conformitate cu art.40(2)-b din OUG 34/2006 privind achizitiile publice si art. 31(2)-a din HG 925/2006- Norme de aplicare a OUG 34/2006, documentatia de atribuire va fi pusa la dispozitia operatorilor economici care au înaintat si prezentat o solicitare scrisa în care se declara pe proprie raspundere numerele de telefon si fax, însotita de împuternicire scrisa în acest sens, numai pe suport de hârtie. În conformitate cu OUG. Nr. 34/2006, Art. 122-lit. J, alin. 4: ,,….autoritatea contractanta are dreptul de a opta pentru achizitionarea ulterioara de noi lucrari similare, respectiv noi servicii similare, de la operatorul economic a carui oferta va fi declarata castigatoare in cadrul procedurii respective".
