Incadrarea in situatiile prevazute la art.180 si 181 din O.U.G. nr.34/2006 atrage excluderea ofertantului din procedura aplicata pentru atribuirea contractului de achizitie publica.
Prezentare obligatorie a formularelor 12A si 12B.
Prezentare certificat fiscal eliberat de compartimentul Impozite si taxe locale si certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala al unitatii administrativ teritoriale de pe raza careia societatea are sediul social care sa ateste ca societatea ofertanta nu inregistreaza debite la bugetul local si la bugetul general consolidat la data eliberarii certificatului, in original sau copie legalizata, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
Prezentarea certificatului constatator eliberat de Oficiul registrului Comertului de pe langa instanta competenta, in original sau copie legalizata, din care sa rezulte adresa actuala si obiectul de activitate al societatii din care sa reiasa ca desfasoara activitati de producere/comercializare a echipamentelor care fac obiectul procedurii de achizitie.
În cazul în care ofertantul nu este producator, va prezenta autorizarea de comercializare a echipamentelor respective.
