Reg. Comertului de pe langa Tribunal - pt. persoane juridice romane, documente care dovedesc o forma de inregistrare ca persoana juridica in conf. cu prevederile legale din tara in care candidatul este stabilit - pt. persoane juridice straine.

Fiecare Model de produs va fi descris prin part number-ul aferent;Ofertantii vor prezenta o lista care va cuprinde produsele livrate în ultimii 3 ani,de natura celor ofertate si a caror valoare însumata va fi cel putin egala cu valoarea estimata a contractului.Produsele cuprinse în aceasta lista vor fi însotite de certificari de buna calitate emise de beneficiari.Declaratie care contine informatii privind pregatirea profesionala si calificarea cadrelor de conducere precum si persoanele responsabile direct de îndeplinirea contractului.Autoritatea contractanta solicita declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind faptul ca operatorul economic dispune de suficient personal de executie pregatit profesional pentru executarea contractului.Declaratie privind acceptarea/neacceptarea clauzelor contractuale.Certicate calitate.Informatii privind asociatii/subcontractantii.
