CLAUSE 2 ARTICLE 4 OF THE REGULATION CONCERNING THE CONTACT FOR
NATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR EARTH SCIENCE AND DISASTER
PREVENTION. (A3) HAVE THE GRADE A OR B, C QUALIFICATION DURING
FISCAL 2008 IN OFFER OF SERVICES OF PRODUCT FOR PARTICIPATING IN
TENDERS BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, SPORTS, SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY (SINGLE QUALIFICATION FOR EVERY MINISTRY AND AGENCY).
(A4) PROVE TO HAVE PREPARED A SYSTEM TO PROVIDE RAPID AFTER-SALE
SERVICE FOR THE PROCURED SERVICE. (7) TIME-LIMIT FOR TENDER : 5 : 00
