National Bank of Pakistan requires a prominently located commercial plot/spacious building measuring 4000 Sq.ft or there-about situated on the inter section of/ or in close proximity, on Main Road, in Business hub of Mohni Bazar Nawabshah, free from all encumbrances.
Owners of such plots/ building may please drop in their offers together with complete documents of the plot/ building offered, in sealed envelops at the office of the undersigned latest by 11:30 a.m on July 21, 2008. The offers will be opened by a committee on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders.
The Bank will not pay any commission to any Estate Agency, if any Estate Agency prefers to participate in the process.
