Sealed tenders are invited from Peshawar based Registered Supplier/Manufacturer having NTN and Sale Tax Registration for supply of the following items.
Terms and Conditions : Bidder must fulfill these requirements:- All the applied taxes and duties should be cleared by the suppliers.
The bidders shall deposit 5% of the tendered cost as earnest money in the form of pay order/demand draft in the name of undersigned.
Bidders can contact office for the specification of the items. Detailed specification can be obtained from the office of the undersigned in working hours (8:00 AM-2:00 PM) at a cost of Rs.100/-.
The bidders must attach copies of their NTN and GST certificates with the tender.
List of institutions/departments, where the described items are installed and are in working conditions.
In case of split units the installation charges shall be inclusive of the rates quoted by the supplier.
Sealed bids must reach by 21st July 2007 by 11:30a m in the office of undersigned and shall be opened on 21st July 2007 at 12:00 pm in the presence of bidders.
Delivery within 15 days after receiving supply order.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any bid or bids without assigning any reason thereof.
