Chief Minister Secretarial / House invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms / suppliers registered in Sales Tax Act for the supply of Stationery / General Items, the details of which are as under: -
The sealed envelopes containing the offer shall be delivered on 15.07.2008 at 10.00 a.m. in the office of Additional Secretary (Admn.), Chief Minister's Secretariat / House, Sindh, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi where at 12.00 Noon on the same date the tenders will be opened in presence of the representative of the firms concerned.
Terms and Conditions: (1) All firms, whether registered or not, shall submit earnest money @2% of the rate quoted in shape of pay order in the name of D.D.O / Section Officer (General), Chief Minister's Secretariat, Sindh, Karachi.
(2) The representative of the firms attending the opening of tender would bring authority letters from their respective firms. This would, however, not be applicable in case of the Managing Director/ Proprietor of the firms, attending the opening of the tenders.
(3) The successful bidders would be liable to pay Security Deposit @ 12½ of the value of the offer.
(4) The rate of the above mentioned items offered by the firms would be valid for 60 days from the date of the opening of the tender.
(5) The failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions would result ignorance of the offer.
(6) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or to accept any tender without assigning any reason thereto.
(7) The competent authority also reserves the right to accept the rate for one or more items out of whole tenders.
