The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMI's) and remedial maintenance service that includes on-call repair for the following equipment located at Bldg 1586, WRM Warehouse, Yokota Air base, Japan, in a manner that will ensure continuous operation in accordance with PWS, commercial practice and manufacture's recommendations/standards.
