EXHIBIT CASES FABRICATION

KANSAS CITY AND ATLANTA RECORD CENTERS

The National Archives and Records Administration intends to award, a firm-fixed-price order for Exhibit Cases Fabrication and Delivery for the Kansas City and Atlanta Record Centers.  The contractor is required to provide all tools, materials, shops, transportation, personnel, and all other supplies/materials necessary to fabricate and deliver exhibit cases to the Central Plains Record Center in Kansas City, Kansas and the South-East Regional Records Center in Atlanta.  Full details will be provided in the RFQ. The requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 321920 (Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing) and the corresponding SIC code is 7125; the applicable small-business size standard for this requirement is 500 employees.  A Solicitation will be posted on or About July 3, 2008.  All notices and amendments will be posted and available for viewing on this site (www.fbo.gov).  It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of any updates or amendments to the solicitation.  Only written responses will be considered.  All prospective Offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a DUNS Code, Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as in order to receive award.  CCR can be obtained at www.ccr.gov.  All responsible sources will be considered for this requirement.  The resulting contract will be issued on or about July 23, 2008.  The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.  If there are any questions contact the Contract Specialist, Damon Nevils, at 301-837-0771, by email, damon.nevils@nara.gov, or by fax at 301-837-3227.
