ROTARUN TRAIL - The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct 12.6 miles of trail. The Government will provide staking of the proposed centerline prior to start of construction. The Contractor is responsible for all additional layouts, surveying, slope staking, grade checking and all other surveying needs in accordance with the specifications and drawings.*****************************************************************************The work is located Blaine County, ID. *****************************************************************************THIS REQUIREMENT IS OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESSES UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. ***************************************************************************** The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. *****************************************************************************The anticipated period of performance is 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. *****************************************************************************Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. *****************************************************************************The solicitation documents will be posted on or about July 16, 2008. *****************************************************************************The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov.
