NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER

Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) will organize following tender for purchasing of "Acid tank" (ITB No. VT-382/08-N2-NND)

So, we invite Tenderers who are interested in these Tenders and have experience and capabilities to participate in above mentioned Tenders.
. Delivery time of Tender Documents: from 08hOO, 14th July 2008 to 09hOO, 14th August 2008.
- In the morning from 08hOO to 11hOO; In the afternoon from 14hOO to 16h30.
. The closing time for receipt of Tender Proposals is 09hOO (Ha Noi time) on 14th August 2008.
. Tender Proposals shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City (just after Tender Closing Time) and all Tenderers are invited to participate in the Tender Opening at this time.
. Legal condition forTenderers:
+ Having financially independent Capability and Experience that meet requirements in Tender documents.
+ Tenderer's Representative who come to VSP for getting Tender Documents. must have recommendation letter issued by duly authorized Representative ofTenderers and identity card or pass port.
. The Tenderers will be provided a set of Tender Documents for each Tender at non-refundable amount ofVND 1,000,000.00 at Commercial Department
