The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA) Caraga Regional Office is hereby inviting all interested owners/operators of truck haulers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the above-captioned contracts for services involving point-to-point overland transport and delivery of NFA rice stocks/cargoes as follows:

The approved budget for the contracts is funded from the General Operating Fund of the NFA.

Bidding and award shall be on a per contract number basis. Prospective bidders, therefore, may opt to bid for one or more contract(s).

The NFA-CARAGA BAC shall determine each prospective bidder's eligibility and the responsiveness of its bid by examining the completeness of the submitted eligibility and bid documents and shall recommend award of the contract to the bidder who submitted the LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID or the SINGLE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID, as the case may be, in accordance with pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR-A, as amended, using the non-discretionary PASS/FAIL criteria prescribed in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS issued by the NFA-CARAGA BAC.

Deadlines and bidding activities, which will be held at the NFA Caraga Regional Office, J.P. Rosales Avenue, Butuan City, are as follows:
