SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: From all tenderers: a tender
security in the amount of 75 000 EUR from the successful tenderer (after
tender award): a performance security in the amount of 10 % of the
contract price.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Payment will be made
in the currency of the quotation. The usual method of payment adopted by
EAC, which is a Public Utility, is within 30 days from receipt of relevant
invoice. However any Tenderer who seeks more favourable terms of payment
may set out such terms in detail in his quotation, but the Tenderer must
bear in mind that the method of payment will be taken into consideration
when adjudicating the tenders received.
III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: Yes.
Experience in similar projects: (a) Consultancy Services in ICE Projects
of total output greater than 15 MW (Minimum acceptable experience is 3 ICE
projects completed in the last 10 years with full scope of works as
required by clause 3.1 and as indicated in Annex 3 of the Tender
Document). (b) Consultancy Services in ICE Projects of total output grater
than 10 MW in European Union (EU) countries (Minimum acceptable experience
is 1 ongoing or completed in the last 10 years ICE project within an EU
country. Only projects awarded in EU countries that were full members of
the EU at the date of award of the project shall be considered).

Consultant will provide the following personnel for site work: - Site
