II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This notice is
for the delivery of an industrial kitchen for training for the Restaurant
and Food subject. The existing college building from 1987 of approx. 11
000 m² shall be altered and renovated. The technical installations shall
be upgraded to fulfil the current regulations and requirements. In
addition a new building connected to the current college of approx. 3 300
m² shall be constructed. The new building shall house workshop areas,
teacher work areas and general teaching rooms. The project will be
organised with joint administered contracts, with the construction
contractor as the main contractor and administrating joint contractors.
Construction is planned to start in May 2008. CPV: 45000000.
