The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. b) If any confusion arises due to printing mistakes in STD (PW1) or otherwise, then “The Procedures for Implementation of The Public Procurement Regulations 2003/2008” will govern.
c) The tender closing date will be automatically extended to the following working day in case of any unavoidable circumstances for which notice will be served and pasted in the Notice Boards of the Superintending Engineer, Bhola O&M Circle, BWDB, Bhola and in the office of the undersigned. For this reason, the Tenderers are advised to establish communication with the undersigned over telephone # 0491–61572 (Both Office and Residence); In that case tender will be opened at the same time on the following working day.
d) In anticipation of allocation of budget/fund (fully or partly) and on receipt of administrative approval from the Competent Authority, tenders will be finalized and Notification of Awards will be issued. But if the above financial and administrative allocation / approvals are not received, the Notification of Award will not be issued. In that case all the actions taken from floating of tender to afterwards may be cancelled and for such action taken by the employer / Procuring Entity, participating tenderers must not raise any objection and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
e) There is no provision for land acquisition for works. The contractor will have to manage land by his own initiative. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard during execution of work.
f) The quantity of works may be increased or decreased for which no extra claim will be entertained.
g) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change the location, alignment, design of work as per field requirement.
h) Payment will be made observing all the formalities for emergency works & on availability of fund.
i) All certificates and other relevant papers which will be submitted with the Tender Document must be marked by serial numbers
j) The tenderer must have the ability to arrange necessary construction materials within short time.
