Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of Steel Racks, Pallet Rack adjustable Stool Trolleys, Steel Basket, Iron Safes, Ghee Trays, Atta Stands by the Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan. The Tender documents showing the specifications of above mentioned items can be obtained from following Zonal Offices of USC: -
The other terms and conditions of the Tenders/ bids are as under: -
Terms & Conditions: (a) The Tenders/ bids must reach the USC Head Office on or before 10th July 2008, which will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tenderers/ Bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The envelope of the Tenders must contain the caption "Tenders for supply of Racks/ Equipments”.
(b) The Tenders must accompanied with the earnest money at the rate of 3% of the total value of Bids/ Tenders in the shape of demand draft/ pay order or call deposit The Tenders/ Bids without earnest money will not be entertained.
(c) Successful bidders will have to pay income tax and other taxes of total value of tender according to prevalent rules of Government of Pakistan.
(d) The bidders must write their NTN and GST numbers in the Tenders.
(e) Interested parties can obtain other terms, conditions and details from our concerned Zonal Offices or from our website www.usc.com.pk & www.ppra.org.pk.
(f) The successful Tenders will have to deliver the supply according to supply order within specific period, otherwise their earnest money will be forfeited.
(g) Rates of all items be given on the basis of delivery. Tender can be given/ quoted for a specific place/ station or area and for one item. The validity period must be specifically mentioned.
(h) Payment will be made through cheques on production of sales tax invoice after 2 weeks of satisfactory delivery.
(i) According to supply order the required items have to be delivered at Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Bannu, Chagai,Chakwal, D.G. Khan, D.I. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Gilgit, Haripur, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi (N), Karachi (S), Khuzdar, Lahore-I, Lahore-II, Loralai, Mansehra, Mianwali, Mirpur Khas, Multan, Nawabshah, Peshawar (N), Peshawar (S), Quetta, Rawalpindi, Rahim Yar Khan, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Sukkur, Swat, Sibbi, Mardan, Kohat, Attock, Jehlum, Jhang, Mandi Bahauddin, Okara, Sheikhupura, Layyah, Bahawalnagar, Sialkot, Jacobabad, Larkana, Dadu, Vehari, Gawadar and Muzaffarabad, the detail of which are contained in the Tender documents. Supplier will be responsible for all carriage liabilities up to the destination.
(j) Corporation can increase/ decrease the quantity of items according to its needs.
(k) Corporation reserves the right to partly/ wholly reject/ accept any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
