The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This action is a proposed modification to existing contract N62306-07-P-1S06 to incorporate a revised Statement of Work to provide software development services for Requirements Management System (RMS) support for N64 Environmental Prediction WEB Software applications. Action requires an indepth knowledge of the Software Engineering Institute�s Team Software Process and Personal Software Process essential to GFMPL WEB software applications. The modification is anticipated to be firm fixed price, level of effort (FFP/LOE) estimated at $50K. No extension of the period of performance is anticipated. The NAICS assigned to this action is 541511 ($23.0M). This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
