The current ELISPOT Reader in LTIB is a first generation ELISPOT Reader. This ELISPOT Reader has limited functions and applications. In addition, the current ELISPOT reader gives diffused images and extra effort is required to distinguish the different between dirt from small spots in some samples. An advance model ELISPOT Reader is essential for the precise determination of patient immune responses pre vs. post vaccination.
