Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to remove approximately three (3) miles of fence and reconstruct approximately 3.4 miles of new fence in Malta, Montana (Phillips County). Bid schedule is as follows: 1) Barbed Wire Fence, 4-Wire 1080 Rods; 2) Barbed Wire End Panel, Type II 16 Each; 3) Barbed Wire Stress Panel, Type II 13 Each; 4) 5-Post Barbed wire Corner Panel, Type II 7 Each; 5) Barbed Wire Gate, 4-Wire 11 Each; 6) Set Wood Post (Dug) 11 Each; 7) Drainage Crossing, Type A, Modified 10 Rods; 8) Fence Removal 880 Rods. This is a set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990. The Small business size standard is $13.0 Million. Work under this contract is located in Malta, Montana in Phillips County. The contractor will have Sixty (60) Calender days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $50,000. A 100 percent payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment Protection must be submitted within Ten (10) days of Notice of Award and can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible of award. Contractors must register their Annual Represenation and Certifications (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov. THE SOLICIATION WILL BE POSTED ON/ABOUT JULY 15, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov".
