The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth has a requirement for a Sex Offender Program Develop who will redesign and update the United States Disciplinary Barracks Sex Offender Treatment Program, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, 66027. The work will consist of reveiwing and updating the existing Sex Offender Treatment Program being utilized at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, KS. This will be a Request for Proposals. Award will be made based upon best value to the government. The solicitation package will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website FedBizOpps which can be accessed at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 JUL 2008. The specific closing date for proposal submissions date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package, and facsimile, telephone, written or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and/or amendments.
