The Government of Ukraine has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rural Land Titling and Cadastre Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Training for land surveyors (logistics). The State Committee of Ukraine for Land Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Contract No. DKZ-C-ICB.8.158/1 for providing logistic support for the trainings of land surveyors that includes providing lecture and computer classrooms, hotel/hostel accommodation, pertinent equipment and software, education materials printing and binding, catering the trainees and rendering other relevant services.

Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, published by the World Bank January 1995 and revised January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the State Committee of Ukraine for Land Resources Project Implementation Unit at the address (1) below during office hours 10:00 to 17:00 local time. A complete set of bidding documents in English or Ukrainian may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 (fifty) US dollars or equivalent in Ukrainian hryvnas (UAH) at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine as of the date of payment.
