The tender and further details information shall be obtained from the office of Town Officer (l&S) on payment of Tender Cost (Non-Refundable) through Pay Order of National Bank Ltd., M.A. Jinnah Road Branch, near Nlshat Cinema, drawn In favour of Town Municipal Administration Saddar Karachi on any working day except the dale of opening.
Tender documents will only be given to those contractors who are registered in required category in this TMA and will produce 2% ET Money in the shape of Pay Order of any scheduled Bank drawn in favour of TMA Saddar.
No tender will be acceptable which will not be accompanied with 2% E/money Pay Order of scheduled & remaining 2% of the cost to be offered for the items on open rate.
In case of not receiving / opening of tender documents on above-mentioned date the application received for issuing / receiving of tender documents will be 24.07.2008 during office hours. Tender documents will be opened on 26.07.2008 at 12.30 p.m. in the presence of contractors who wish to be present
In case of holiday, the tenders will be opened on next working day. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason thereof.
