learning provision in Trafford. Trafford Council receives annual funding
from the Learning and Skills Council to provide non-accredited courses in
family learning, personal and community development learning (PCDL),
Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities (NLDC) and 1st steps
learning and is seeking a partner to carry out delivery on its behalf. The
contract will be for 3 years commencing 1.8.2008 to 31.7.2011, with an
option to extend for a further 2 years (dependent on annual reviews and
LSC annual funding). Administrative educational services. Education
