Title: Maintenance and software development of the PLAN-PUBLI system
1) Short description: The purpose of this lot is to maintain and improve
the current PLAN-PUBLI system based on the specifications and analysis
provided by lot 2. Other related services linked to developments could be
requested.

Lot No 2
Title: Elaboration of specifications, functional analysis and consultancy
services related to the PLAN-PUBLI system
1) Short description: The purpose of this lot is to define functional
specifications and detailed functional analysis according to the users'
needs; other consultancy services related to the business of the
PLAN-PUBLI system could be requested.

Title: End-user support and production and administration reporting
related to the PLAN-PUBLI system
1) Short description: The purpose of this lot is to provide end-user
assistance by means of a dedicated helpdesk composed of 1 person working
full time at the Publications Office ('intra muros'). The helpdesk will be
also responsible for administrative and production reporting using the
standard reporting tool.

3) Quantity or scope: Estimated cost excluding VAT: EUR 350 000.
