a) The provisions laid down in "Die Public procurement Regulation. 2003" for procurement of work will be binding upon the contractors.
b) Prior to finalizing The Tender evaluation report including recommendation of the award. TEC will go for post Qualification as set out in lender document If the Tenderer does not meet them, its lender shall be rejected
c) The work order will be issued subject to budget allocation & approval form (Competent Authority and payment will be made after availability of fund and in this regard no claim will be entertained by the Authority But the work must be continued and completed within schedule lime and proportionate Progress must be achieve
d) Tender shall have to be accompanied by a minimum Tender Security of the Amount as mentioned in the list of works enclosed herewith in favor of the Accounts Officer.
Regional Accounting Center (RAO. BWDB. Bogra Tender Security shall be deposited in the foam of Demand draft/ Pay order of any schedule Hank
e) Copies of the certificates and other requisite papers and for Corporation Joint Venture Firm.
