Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed firms/ manufacturers/ dealers/ suppliers, already registered with PCSIR & Sales Tax Department, having their own offices and telephones, for the supply of: -
Terms and Conditions: (1) The Tender Documents and detailed Specifications of the Tender may be obtained from the office of the Director, P&D, PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi, during working days from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm by applying for on letterhead and payment of Tender Cost of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of Co-Project Director ILP, KLC, PCSIR, Karachi. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. No tender document will be sold on the opening date of tender. Additional Courier charges of Rs.100/- per Tender would be payable for Bidders out side Karachi.
bids for Chemicals and Standards, Glassware’s, Consumables/ Spares of each Research Center should be given in Separate Folders marking name of the Center/ Division.
(2) Enclose 2% earnest money (refundable) equal to quoted value of all the items in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favour of Co-Project Director, ILP, KLC, PCSIR, Karachi, failing which tender will be rejected out-rightly. No Bank Guarantee will be accepted.
(3) Tender should be submitted in the sealed cover, addressed to the undersigned marked “Tender No./ Ref No. and Due Date”.
(4) The validity of the offer must be valid for 90 days from the date of the opening of tenders.
(5) Tenders will be received on 09/07/2008 up to 11:00 A.M. for their opening at 11:30 A.M. on the same date, in the meeting hall in presence of the tenderers who may wish to attend.
(6) Suppliers/ Firms must provide prescribed “General Sales Tax Registration Certificate” (Under Sales Tax Act 1990) and NTN Number along with their bids.
(7) The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
