Interested firms are requested to obtain the request form from the office of the Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital Korangi-5, Karachi, + PM&I Cell, Health Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi & the Director General Hearth Services Sindh, Hyderabad on the cash payment of Rs.100/- one hundred rupees (Non-refundable) up to 11-07-2008 and submit the same along with full required information up to 12-07-2008. Rupees One Thousand will be charged as Service Charges only from qualified Manufacturer / Importer.
