This invitation for Tenders is open to eligible tenders as mentioned below.
A physical or judicial individual or body or individual or company association or any combination of them under agreement in the form of intended existing joint ventures consortium or association subject to he conditions that eligible category of contractors Tenderers stated above minimum 5 five years of general experience in similar notice works and also having experience in successful completion of at least one number or similar nature work of Tk 15 Lakh in a single tender. The experience certificate for successful completion of works shall have to be concerned department organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district /Area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done us per format (form W-9) for this purpose provided with the tender documents. In case of JVCA leading firm should have 40% experience and other have 60% requirements.
The Tender shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last five years of Tk 56.00 Lakh.
The minimum amount of free fund and or credit facilities net of other contractor the successful tenderer shall be Tk 15 Lakh.
