the energy centre including structural steelwork, envelope cladding,
modularised mechanical plant, pipework and electrical installation works.
Substructure by others. All installation works "landside".
There will be some elements of specialist technical fit out by others (not
part of this enquiry). This includes BMS, Fire Detection and Alarm
systems, Energy Management system and lighting control system. This
package will provide attendance on these works and supply containment
systems, pockets for control sensors, etc.
General includes provision of service penetrations. Provision of external
service connections to the utility providers. Provision of secondary
steelwork associated with the M&E services installation. Attendance on
others for specialist fit out works and external MV cable installation and
termination. Fire stopping.
The Structure includes elements of Concrete roof, Construction of internal
walls, Gantry services bridge. Envelope/louvers, Floor Finishes,
Decorations. Fitting out of maintenance offices and toilets - Testing,
commissioning and setting to work.
