Sealed Tenders on percentage basis are hereby invited from approved/enlisted contractors of the CDA who are well experienced in this job can participate for the following work.
Tenders can be had on cash payment mentioned above (non-refundable/non-transferable) from the office of the Deputy Director (Zoo), Zoo & Wildlife Management Directorate. CDA on any working day during office hours.
No tender will be sold/issued on the date of opening of tenders.
The tenders will be opened In the office of Director Zoo and Wildlife
Management, Marghzar Zoo, Daman-e-Koh Road, Islamabad.
Earnest Money in the shape of deposit at call in favour of Deputy Director (Zoo), Zoo & Wildlife Management Directorate on the date and time mentioned above.
The bidders are required to provide the following additional documents while submitting the tenders otherwise, it will be liable for rejection. (Power-of Attorney, Partnership deed, Programme of work, Non-judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 10/- Professional Tax Certificate, Registration / Renewal of the firm with the authority.
Application for the issuance of tender on the printed pad bearing name, address, signature of the contractor, along with valid copy of enlistment/renewal for the current year with CDA and attested copy of N.I.C. must be submitted for issuance of tender.. The CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
