Sealed Tenders are invited for the Sale of Scrap Iron, Electric Motors, used Batteries, Motor Parts, Chemicals etc. at Valaichchenai Paper Mills by the Chairman, National Paper Company Limited.
Tender forms could be obtained from the Supplies Manager on written appliactoin along with the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 per set. Each tenderer should submit a refundable Bid Deposit of Rs. 50.OOO.OO by Cash / Bank Guarantee at the time of submitting the Tender. Tender forms will be issued up to 2.00 p.m. on 10.07.2008 and Tender will be closed on 2.30 p.m. on 11.07.2008.
Inspections can be arranged on a prior notice to the Mills Manager (Valaichchenai) during the normal office hours. (Telephone 065 2257311).
Sealed offers marked as Tender for Scrap Materials -Closing on 11.07.2008" under registered post should be to reach Chairman, National Paper Company Limited or should be deposited in the Company's tender box available in this office not later than 2.30 p.m. on 11.07.2008.
