(1) Advertisement Display Board on Small Water Tank Facing Car Parking Area near CAA MT Building. Size: 200 Sq. Ft., No of Sites: 01,
(2) Advertisement Display Board on Large Water Tank Facing Terminal Building near CAA MT Building. Size: 240 Sq. Ft., No of Sites: 01,
(3) Advertisement Display Board on Large Water Tank Facing Car Parking Area near CAA MT Building. Size: 240 Sq. Ft., No of Sites: 01
Reserve Price Per Month: Rs.110,000/- Per Month The Structure of Advertisement Boards is available.
Tender Fee: Rs.1000/- (non-refundable).

(1) Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) invites tender on two envelopes basis i.e. Technical Offer and Financial Offer for the concession for “Installation, Operation & Maintenance of following 03 Advertisement Display Boards 01 Different Sizes on Water Tanks near CAA MT Building at Islamabad International Airport from registered Companies having sound relevant experience, good reputation and financial background. Technical and financial offers will have 80% & 20% weightage respectively.
(2) Reserve price/ fee for the concession is Rs.110,000/- per month. The concession shall be awarded for a period of three years with an cumulative annual enhancement of 12.5% & 15% during 2nd & 3rd years of the license agreement. No offer less than the Reserve Price shall be entertained.
(3) Defaulters of CAA dues are not eligible to apply. Late, ambiguous and/ or conditional tenders shall not be entertained.
(4) Tender forms along with some instructions and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the Airport Manager Islamabad Airport between 0900 hours to 1600 hours on working days (except Friday on which the timings are 0900 to 1200 hours) on payment of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable). Tenders should be dropped in the tender box till 1200 hours on 08th July, 2008 in the office of Airport Manager, Islamabad Airport. Tender box will be sealed at 1200 hours and tender will be opened on same day at 1230 hrs.

(6) CAA reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and without being liable for any claim/ compensation of any nature whatsoever. Decision of CAA shall be final and shall not be challenged.
