Sealed Tenders are invited from the reputable Firms/ Authorized Dealers/ Importers, registered with Sales Tax and income Tax Departments, for supply of White, Blue and Pink Self Carbonized Paper (CF8), White Offset Paper, Real Art Paper, White Printing Paper, Green Offset Paper, White Art Card, Blue Card Board, Binding Cloth and Different Sizes of Paper Cutting Knives from their ready stock to PCP Presses at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi on free delivery basis.
The detail of specifications, Press-wise requirement of material, other terms and conditions etc can be obtained from the undersigned or from our Presses located at University Road, Karachi, (Ph: 021-9231020) and 3-Chatterjee Road, Urdu Bazar, Lahore (Phone 042-7210095) on any working day on payment of Rs.500/- on written request on the letterhead of the firm/ company. No tender will be sold on the date of opening of tender.
The offer should be accompanied by security bid @ 5% of the bid price in the shape of Demand Draft/ Call Deposit/ Pay Order in favour of Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad.
Tender should be received on or before 10-07-2003 up to 12:00 noon. The tender will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to attend.
