Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Ca (FISCSD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to AIR-TRAK, INC, CAGE/DUNS: 1QVA1/155875003, 11353 Sorrento Valley Rd, San Diego, Ca, 92121. The requirement is for continued development, testing, and implementation of an existing proprietary software developed by AIR-TRAK. This is for the Navy Radiological Emergency Planning (NRepAir-Trak) system for the tracking of field teams and data transmittal using GPS cellular phone technology. See Government-wide note 22. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
