Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid

The MIAA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the following projects:

2 Supply and Installation of Power and Lightings at New Arrival, Old Domestic Passenger Terminal A Php 8,734,985.39
3 Purchase of Motorcycle Php 2,600,000.00
4 Purchase of Electric Scissors Lift Php 2,530,000.00

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR-A.

The Bid Documents may be obtained from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Office of the BAC Secretariat upon payment of the corresponding non-refundable fee, listed as follows:

(a) Project No. 1 - Php 2,497.60
(b) Project No. 2 - Php 9,783.19
(c) Project No. 3 - Php 2,912.00
(d) Project No. 4 - Php 2,833.60

Prospective bidders must be registered Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) from the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management.
