INVITATION TO APPLY ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID



The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Department of Agriculture invites qualified bidders to participate in the bidding of servicing the following items with an Approved Budget Contract (ABC) PhP906,424.00:

24 pcs Inspection, servicing and testing of 24 unit Inflatable
Life craft,
84 pcs Hand flare
56 pcs Smoke signal
84 pcs Parachute signal
10 pcs Inspection, servicing and testing of 10 units
Emergency Positioning Indicator Radar Beacon (EPIRB)

Bid documents shall be available at the BFAR Property Section upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount of PhP900.00.

Eligibility documents, technical and financial proposal in three envelopes must be submitted at the BFAR Conference Room 3rd Flr. PCA Bldg., Elliptical Rd. Diliman Quezon City not later the 2:00 Pm on July 14, 2008 and shall be opened on the same time and date in the presence of the participating bidders.

This Office reserves the right to reject any of all bids without offering any reason, waive any required formality and award the contract to any bidder whose proposal as evaluated by the BAC is the most advantageous to the government. The BAC assumes no obligation to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of bids, or does it guarantee that an award will be made.
