INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

TO ALLL INTERESTED BIDDERS/CONTRACTORS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology's (PHIVOLCS) Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested Philippine Construction Companies duly licensed and registered to apply for eligibility and to bid in the re-bidding of the PHIVOLCS' project "Construction of PHIVOLCS' New Bulusan Volcano Observatory" (Supply of labor and Materials as per approved plans, design and specifications) located at Cabid-an, Sorsogon as per Purchase Request No. PO-116-08. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php2,000,000.00.

Hereunder is the schedule of procurement activities of the abovementioned project:

Submission of Letter of Intent and June 27, 2008
Issuance of Checklist of Eligibility

Conducts Eligibility Check July 11, 2008

Issuance of Bidding Documents July 15, 2008

In connection with this public bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, waive any formality and make an award to the bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.
