II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Power and energy requirements:
The power requirement for Kristiansund sixth forms of comprehensive
school.
Will have major variations during the year.
The main amount will be heating of building and heating of ventilation air
as well as some heating of tap water. The following power/energy
requirements will be the basis for the delivery to Kristiansund sixth
forms of comprehensive school:
— Power requirement: 2 100 kW,
— Energy requirement: 3 750 kWh/annum.
Compare point 7.3.1 in the requirements specification, annex 1.
The stated volume is estimates only and is not binding for the Awarding
Authority.
Other consumers:
The supplier, may to a smaller extent, supplies other customers from the
plant if this does not result in disadvantages for the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority will not be liable for this part of the agreement.

II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 120 (from the award of the contract).
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Company
registration certificate.
Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian
procurement regulations (National requirement).
Other documentation required: It is a requirement that all employees have
prevailing wage conditions. approbation document showing that the tenderer
is following the ILO convention no. 94.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The company’s most
recent annual report including new information of relevance to the
company’s accounting figures.
Other documentation required:— Reports from Dun & Bradstreet Credit
Control (Can be collected by the Awarding Authority),
— Complete annual accounts for year 2007, including notes, the board’s
annual reports and auditor’s report, as well as recent information with
relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: The tenderer must have
the financial and economic capacity required by the delivery. The Awarding
Authority use services from Dun & Bradstreet Credit Control when
evaluating the tenderer’s financial and economic position. A rating of
A/AN will be sufficient for this agreement.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met: Overview of the company's total
manpower.
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by
the company.
Other documentation required: Approved competence certificate from
accredited certification body shall be attached the tender.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: The gas supplier shall
have gas technical competence for the employees which shall carry out the
delivery.
