******FINAL QUESTION AND ANSWER TO SUBJECT SOLICITATION******************* A question has been received on the last posted attachment entitled "Organizational Conflicts of Interest" the question and answer are as follows: Question: Can you tell me if the OCI form required in Amendment 0006 is required to be completed by subcontractors as well? Answer: No, wdo not want subcontractors to sign this document. We are looking to contract with a prime contractor. It is the responsibility of that prime contractor to ensure that there are no OCI issues with its employee and with its subcontractors. By signing this document you are taking responsibility for all personnel working for you under this action. Please ensure you coordinate with your subcontractor to ensure there are no underlying issues there that need to be identified. This is the final question and answer for this solicitation. The closing date HAS NOT changed.
