Project consists of reconstruction of Hirz Bay Campground, Shasta Lake, Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta County, California. Items of work include, but are not limited to, replacement of existing asphalt roads and construction of asphalt spurs, stamped colored concrete living area pads, information station, asphalt paths and water systems. Price range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Estimated start date is September 22, 2008 with a contract time of 120 calendar days. Solicitation will be a Request for Proposal requiring both a technical and price proposal. A preproposal tour may be held, if so, the date and time will be specified in the solicitation. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about July 10, 2008.
