b) Bid document may also be had from ADT(MM-V), BSNL, O/o CGMT, U.P.(East) Telecom Circle, 3rd Floor, Door Sanchar Sadan, Laplace, Rana Pratap Marg, Lucknow on payment of bid price (non refundable & non transferable) in Cash or in form of a crossed demand draft drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Lucknow in favour of Accounts Officer(Cash), BSNL, O/o CGMT, U.P.(East) Telecom Circle, Lucknow
c) For getting the Bid document, the self authenticated copy of valid Type Approval Certificate/TSEC for the tendered item on the date of opening of tender and documentary evidences, for having executed successfully the educational/commercial orders for supply of the item/items to DOT/Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, must be submitted along with the application (as proof of established supplier).
(iv) a) Since the cost of tendered item is more than Rs.50,00,000/-, so the firms registered with the National Small Industries Corporation, a Government of India undertaking, under Single Point Registration Scheme for the items of stores under procurement have also to submit price of bid document at the time of participating in tender
b) Tender document will not be issued free of cost since procurement cost is above. Rs.50,00,000/- (Rs.Fifty lacs only).
(v) Purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all the Bids without assigning any reason thereof.
