Quotations are called for the sale of the following goods belonging to University of the Visual and Performing Arts and lying at present out of use.
Facilities have been made between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on 7/7/2008 and 8/7/2008 for the inspection of the said goods. The Procurement papers and the brochures with regard to "these quotations" can be obtained from Assistant Registrar (General Administration) on production of the receipt issued by the Shroff of this University on payment of a refundable Rs. 2,500/= and a non-refundable Rs. 250/= from 17/6/2008 to 8/7/2008.
The sealed quotations could either be sent under registered cover to reach "Chairman, Procurement Board, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, No. 21, Albert Crescent, Colombo 07" or hand-delivered into the box provided for the purpose near the Registrar's Office before 2.00 p.m. on 9/7/2008.
The opening of quotations will be effected at 2.15 p.m. on the same day. The bidders or their representatives can be present on the occasion of tenders being opened.
